Christmas in July? Well, not quite, but almost, as retailers around town showed off their holiday offerings this week for editors so that gift guides will be ready for roll-out come November.
Among those was Victoria's Secret, who presented their cozy Holiday 2008 collection in New York, on Tuesday, July 22. A sunny penthouse loft cast a warm glow on the brand's newly luxurious take on undergarments for Fall and Holiday. This more sophisticated direction for Victoria's Secret includes everything from cashmere bra and panty sets to their signature "BioFit" bra, which will be available in lace come holiday season in romantic shades of plum and red or chic neutral palette of gray or rose. The best news, however, is that Victoria's Secret will provide the luxury for less - prices for bras, for example, will still hover around the $48 mark.
Victoria's Secret will also re-introduce their popular Miracle Bra, except instead of using heavy gels to form cleavage, the bra will get a technology update with air-filled padding instead.
